<<Since the medical health officers have many times said that their health measures are not based on science people have a legal reason not to follow them and not to obey these illegal, non science based orders. I don’t know why lawyers in Canada have lost in our courts when the health officers have said many times on news conferences that their orders are not based on any science. This is why Bonnie Henry did not submit an affidavit about her health orders in court in BC in March 2021. The government has to date never submitted any evidence to support their lockdowns or health orders. Judges keep letting them get away with this and lawyers keep letting the judges get away with their decisions or their rulings. The fact is in favour of keeping the order and respecting advice from policing enforcement units, the March decided NOT to walk on the street but remained almost entirely on sidewalks – in my point of view that says something about the lawful and orderly character of freedom marches. As you can see in my video, marching speed is fairly swift and there were not more than a 1000 participants that means entrances to businesses on the way were impeded only a very short time and besides, no places allowed for inside service anyway!

Artemisia vulgare is back at Common Mugwort

If you have trouble sleeping make a tea of this I have it in my garden because I sowed it out last year! however the company who sold me the seed claimed it was Artemisia annua which actually cures malaria as a tea. (!!!!). Annua is usually propagated by clones not too much by seed however I planted seed and I did nothing for it except for throwing it out and we have old trees around the property so it’s shaded and they came right up like that. And now they’re back! The genome that IS analyzed of the 2019 coronavirus clearly shows gain of function mutations that would not occur naturally in the evolution in a 1000 years. In fact, human DNA codes only a tenth into any enzymatic or other three-dimensional structure. That is why naturally occurring mutations usually don’t have any consequences other than rendering the function that was previously exercised in protein unuseable in the worst case. Precisely why, overtime, virii actually lose their virility to infect lots more and cause grave disease evolutions or death. But only 10% of our genome codes function (and we still don’t have no clue why the 90% are there!) so that means 90% of the mutations occur in a non-consequential context. The lawyers for the Attorney General have asked the Court to summarily dismiss the Application without any hearing under Rule 2.1.01(1) of the Rules.

They had done the same thing with the Police Officer’s Application.

However, the Court on May 5th, 2021, DENIED the government lawyers’ request in the Police application.

Menschen und Firmen geraten wegen der Pandemiewillkür in grosse Not. Statt für den verursachten Schaden aufzukommen, schnürten die Politiker das Covid-Gesetz, mit dem sie Entschädigungen an schädliche Massnahmen binden.

Das Covid-Gesetz entrechtet die Bevölkerung und muss abgelehnt werden. Die Finanzhilfen laufen auch nach einem NEIN bis zum 25. September 2021 weiter. Für die Zeit danach kann das Parlament die Entschädigungen in ein separates Gesetz überführen oder durch Bundesbeschlüsse sicherstellen. Eine entsprechende Motion wurde im Parlament bereits eingereicht, um die nahtlose Fortsetzung der Hilfen sicherzustellen.

Das Covid-Gesetz ist unnötig und brandgefährlich. Es verhindert bessere Lösungen, die schon heute bereitstehen!
